Shipping & pickup
Free local pickup is available by appointment in McFarland, Wisconsin. The address is shared privately. Cash pickup orders are reserved for 7 days.
Ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States. One bottle costs $4.95 to ship, two cost $7.95, and three cost $9.95, including Washington, D.C. Four to six bottles cost $11.95 to ship; seven to twelve cost $14.95. Shipping is capped at $14.95 per fragrance order. Maximum 12 bottles per online order. These are our fixed shipping charges, rather than live carrier quotes.
Alcohol-based fragrance travels using an eligible ground service with appropriate packaging. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are not supported. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Contact us if you have a deadline. Tracking is added after dispatch.
Returns & problems with an order
Please contact lilsoupy@icloud.com before returning anything. Include your order number and describe the issue. If a bottle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, keep the packaging and include photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Bottles must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for a change of mind. We will provide return instructions; fragrance must not be sent through an unsuitable air service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Prices & independent brands
Any three $10 fragrances cost $25. The $5 Delilah 30 mL mini is excluded from that offer. Sales tax, when applicable, is shown before payment. Designer names describe scent comparisons, and the bottles we sell are independently branded products. Scent, formula and wear may differ from the designer original.
Your information
We use the name, email, shipping address and order details you provide to process and fulfill your order and respond to questions. Order records are stored in the shop’s hosted database and are available to the shop owner. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page and are not stored by this website. Stripe processes payments and related information under its own privacy policy.
Your bag is stored in your browser. The fragrance guide searches our catalog locally; it does not transmit or save chat messages. Keep your private order-status link confidential. We do not sell customer information or enroll you in marketing messages through checkout. Contact us with privacy questions or requests; some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
Site analytics
We use first-party site analytics to understand visits, product views, catalog searches, bag activity, checkout starts and clicks to Recharge Fragrance. Random browser and visit identifiers help estimate activity; they do not identify you by name or email. Bag snapshots contain fragrance names, quantities and merchandise values. We do not record payment details, contact form entries or fragrance-guide messages in these analytics. Search terms that resemble an email address, web address or long number are discarded. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics; a daily hash is used for abuse protection.
Analytics are available only to the shop owner. Browsing events are retained for 90 days and bag snapshots for 30 days. Browser identifiers remain until you clear browser storage or opt out. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can also opt out below; opting out does not affect shopping or payment.
We can measure clicks from our candle listings to Recharge Fragrance, but cannot see her shopping bags or purchases.
Candles are purchased directly from Recharge Fragrance. Her store’s payment, shipping, privacy and return policies apply to those purchases.
